Job Description:
You will work as hall staff at a grill restaurant on an upper floor of a newly opened hotel in Minato Mirai, Yokohama, with stunning harbour and city night views creating a genuinely special dining atmosphere. Duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and a range of other hall responsibilities - you start with simpler tasks and build up skills with support from the team. No prior hospitality experience is required; the placement is handled through Shinagawa Haizen Hito, a dispatch agency that also places staff at top-tier venues including five-star hotels and cruise events in Tokyo. Shifts are flexible across morning-to-afternoon, afternoon-to-evening, and evening-only windows, with a minimum of 4 hours and 3 days per week. Weekday-only and weekend-only patterns are both accepted. Experienced staff receive 1,500-1,600 yen/hour; those starting without hospitality experience begin at 1,400 yen/hour. Transport allowance is paid within company rules. No resume required; same-day offer possible.
