Job Description:
You will work at a manufacturing facility in Samukawa-machi, Kanagawa, handling packing and inspection of insulation board products (dannetsu-zai 断熱材). Tasks are split approximately 70% loading work (stacking insulation panels weighing around 15 kg each onto pallets) and 30% product inspection and machine operation (packing machine operator duties and product changeover). Three shift patterns rotate on a 3-days-on, 1-day-off cycle: day shift 06:55-15:00, evening shift 14:55-23:00, and overnight shift 22:55-07:00. Overtime is minimal at under 10 hours per month. Daily payment (hibarai 日払い) is available. No resume or in-person visit required - full online application. A 14-day trial period applies. JLPT N4 level Japanese or above is required for basic reading, writing, and daily work communication.
