Job Description:

You will work at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) Emiteras Tokorozawa, an udon and soba chain restaurant on the ground floor of the Emiteras Tokorozawa shopping complex, a 4-minute walk from Tokorozawa Station west exit in Saitama. Hall duties include clearing tables, dishwashing (araiba 洗い場), and cashier work (reji レジ); kitchen duties include cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes according to recipes. Tasks are divided into small, clearly defined roles - step-by-step training (kenshuu 研修) and full recipe manuals are provided so complete beginners can start confidently. Operating hours are 08:00-18:00 (daytime only); minimum 3 hours per shift accepted with shifts submitted weekly. Weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both welcome. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are available at 120 yen per sitting. No resume required for interview. High school students welcome (with school and parental consent).

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Salary increase system in place. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
