Job Description:

You will work at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) Joyo, an udon and soba chain restaurant near Joyo City Hall in Joyo city, Kyoto, handling both hall and kitchen duties. Hall duties include clearing tables, dishwashing (araiba 洗い場), and cashier work (reji レジ); kitchen duties include cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes according to recipes. Tasks are divided into small, clearly defined roles - step-by-step training (kenshuu 研修) and full recipe manuals are provided for all starters including first-time workers. Operating hours are 08:30-18:00 (daytime only); minimum 3 hours and 1 day per week accepted with shifts submitted weekly. Weekend and public holiday shifts attract a wage bonus. Weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both welcome. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are available at 120 yen per sitting. No resume required for interview.
