Job Description:
You will work as a guest room cleaning and bed-making staff member at Mars Garden Hotel Hakata (マースガーデンホテル博多), a hotel a 2-minute walk from Hakata Station in central Fukuoka. Duties include bed making, restocking and replacing amenities and supplies, and cleaning the bathroom - similar to home cleaning, with no difficult or heavy tasks involved. Senior staff will teach you efficient cleaning procedures and bed-making techniques step by step from your first shift, so complete beginners are very welcome. There is no customer-facing interaction (接客なし) - you work independently at your own steady pace, making it ideal for those who prefer focused solo work. The shift is a fixed 09:30-14:30 (4.5 hours), with a minimum of 3 days per week. Two pay options are available: 1,200 yen/hour if commuting without a transport allowance claim, or 1,100 yen/hour with transport allowance paid per company rules. Weekend-only, weekday-only, and fixed-day patterns are all negotiable. Hakata is a major hub and the hotel's location makes rain-day commuting comfortable.
