Job Description:
Clean and maintain locker rooms, relaxation areas, and facilities at a hot spring (onsen) complex directly connected to New Chitose Airport. Duties include cleaning of changing rooms and rest areas, and restocking amenities and supplies. Day shift only (08:00-16:30) with virtually no overtime, making it easy to balance work with personal life and family. Commuting is convenient - the facility is directly connected to New Chitose Airport Station, accessible from Chitose and Tomakomai within 30 minutes. Car and motorbike commuting are also allowed, though parking must be self-arranged at an estimated cost of 8,500-10,000 yen per month. Daily payment (higabarai) is available via smartphone application with funds receivable in as little as 5 minutes after approval. Relocating hires receive a 20,000-yen digital gift (exchangeable for cash) on their first day. A stock grant system allows worked hours to accumulate as points exchangeable for UT Group shares.
