Job Description:

Operate machines that laminate food-grade film used in packaging for well-known snack products, at a factory in Ishioka, Ibaraki. Work involves loading roll paper into machines, operating equipment according to product specifications, packing and loading finished products, and cleaning roller parts. Two shift rotations are available: day shift (07:00-16:30) and late shift (16:30-01:30 overnight); shifts rotate on a 4-on-2-off or 5-on-2-off cycle. There is a direct hire opportunity at the manufacturer after a qualifying period. This is a permanent employment contract (muiki koyo haken) with UTAgent - employment continues even between assignments. Daily payment (higabarai) is available via smartphone, receivable in as little as 5 minutes after approval. Relocating new hires receive a 20,000-yen digital gift (exchangeable for cash) on their first day.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Monthly income example: 258,000 yen (8 hours x 21 working days + allowances). Deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) applies to overnight shift hours. Overtime and holiday work allowances available. Salary increases available.
