Job Description:
Work at Hanamaru Udon Hinaga Kayo store in Yokkaichi, Mie, in hall or kitchen roles at a popular udon chain restaurant. Positions are divided into five stations: noodle boiling, tempura frying, topping and plating, dishwashing (using a dishwasher machine), and front counter (cashier and customer service). Training starts with simple plating tasks with a senior staff member beside you, then progresses to other positions at your own pace. Shifts run 08:00-20:30 with flexible scheduling - evening-only, morning-only, and short 3-hour slots are all available, with shifts submitted every two weeks. A weekend and public holiday allowance of +50 yen per hour applies on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Daily payment (higabarai) is available via a wage advance system - receive part of your earned pay before the regular payday. Staff meals (makanai) available at 70% off - a strong draw for those on a budget. Foreign applicants with Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above are welcome.
