Job Description:
Work at Katsu-an Sakai Harue store, a tonkatsu restaurant in Sakai, Fukui, specialising in carefully sourced Kagoshima black pork cutlets. Hall duties include guiding customers to seats, cashier work, food delivery, and table clearing; customers order via touchscreen tablet so there is no need to take verbal orders. Kitchen duties cover simple cooking tasks and plating - no cooking experience required. Shifts run from 09:00 to 01:00 (overnight), with flexible slot options from as short as 2 hours; evening and late-night slots are available. A deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) applies to hours from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,513 yen per hour; a weekend and public holiday premium of +50 yen per hour also applies. High school students may not work shifts past 21:00. An advance payment system (mae-barai) allows you to receive part of your earned wages before the regular payday (conditions apply). Staff meals at 50% off for shifts of 2 hours or more; Zensho Group employee discount (Sukiya, Hama Sushi, etc.) also available.
