Job Description:
Work at Sawayaka Hamamatsu Shinogase, a popular charcoal-grill restaurant chain known for its genkotsu hamburger steak, in Hamamatsu's Chuo district. Each shift you are assigned one dedicated position - hall (order taking, food service, cashier) or kitchen (plating, dishwashing) - so you can focus on a single role without juggling everything at once. Weekend and public holiday rate is 1,400 yen per hour (+100 yen); hours from 22:00 attract an additional 25% premium on top of the applicable rate. A further busy-period allowance (繁忙手当) of +100 yen per hour applies during special trading periods, which can stack with the weekend premium. High school students may work until 21:00 only; shifts after 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over (Japanese labour law). Foreigners and international students are active at this location. Staff meals at 50% off available during breaks or after shifts.
