Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Nakatsugawa, a popular udon chain restaurant near Nakatsugawa Police Station in Gifu's Nakatsugawa city. Duties are divided into focused positions - udon boiling and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier, dishwashing, and store cleaning - so you can concentrate on one role at a time. A step-by-step training system is in place; first-time part-timers, high school students, and those returning after a career gap are all welcome. Shifts run from 08:30 to 23:00 with flexible scheduling; a deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) of 25% applies to hours worked from 22:00 onwards. Weekend-only and short 3-hour slots are both available, with shifts submitted weekly. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (makanai) available for 120 yen per meal, up to 800 yen worth of food per shift.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) After 22:00: +25% deep-night allowance (shinya-teate), approx. 1,500 yen/hr. Salary increases via clear promotion system. Bonus system available.
