Job Description:
Work at Tempura Makino Matsudo Mutumi, a newly opened (July 2026) tempura restaurant in Matsudo, Chiba, with a fresh kitchen and spotless interior. The restaurant serves freshly fried tempura at an open counter kitchen where guests watch the cooking - a lively, engaging environment. Duties include customer greeting and seating, tempura frying (shrimp, vegetables, etc.), rice and miso soup preparation, cashier work, dishwashing, and store cleaning. Cooking uses clear timed manuals (e.g. how many minutes per ingredient), so no kitchen experience is required. Shifts run 09:00-22:30 with flexible scheduling; a deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) of 25% applies to hours worked from 22:00 onwards. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (makanai) available for 120 yen per meal per shift.
Wage:
1,300円 (per hour)
After 22:00: +25% deep-night allowance (shinya-teate), approx. 1,625 yen/hr. Salary increases via clear promotion system. Bonus system available.
