Job Description:

Inspect, clean, and pack small industrial components (100g-1kg, palm-sized) at a warehouse facility in Okazaki, Aichi, in a fully air-conditioned indoor environment. Duties include visual and instrument-based inspection for scratches and defects, machine washing of components, and weighing and bagging finished parts. The workplace has an open, friendly atmosphere and is popular with female staff in their 20s and 30s. Hair colour, nails, accessories, and piercings are all permitted, making this one of the more relaxed factory environments available. Fixed day shift (09:00-18:00) with weekends off; average monthly overtime is approximately 10 hours (about 30 minutes per day). Daily payment (higabarai) and weekly payment are both available. Some factory work experience is preferred, though inspection-specific experience is not required. Applicants must have Japanese Language Proficiency Test N4 or above and a valid status of residence.

Wage:
