Job Description:

Work the lunch and daytime hours at Marugame Seimen Higashi-Kakogawa in Kakogawa, Hyogo, in hall or kitchen roles at a popular udon chain restaurant. Duties include udon boiling and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier work, dishwashing, and hall clearing - each staff member focuses on one dedicated position per shift. Shifts run mornings and daytime only (weekdays 08:30-18:00, weekends and holidays 08:00-18:00) with no late-night work, making it ideal for those who want to finish by early evening. A step-by-step training system is in place, so first-time part-timers, high school students, and career-gap returners are all welcome. Minimum contract period is 3 months. Staff meals (makanai) available for 120 yen per meal, up to 800 yen worth of food per shift.
