Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Kokura during lunch and daytime hours in Kitakyushu's Kokurakita district, in hall or kitchen roles at a popular udon chain restaurant. Duties include udon boiling and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier work, dishwashing, and hall clearing - each staff member focuses on one dedicated position per shift. Shifts run 08:00-18:00 on weekdays only, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off - ideal for those wanting regular daytime work that fits around family schedules. A step-by-step training system is in place, so first-time part-timers and career-gap returners are welcome. Minimum contract period is 3 months.
