Job Description:
Work at Watanuki (Wamuki), a popular seasonal seafood and wagyu sukiyaki izakaya in Fukuoka's Keigo area, in hall or kitchen roles. Hall duties include drink and food service, order taking, and table clearing; kitchen duties cover simple cooking assistance and plating. Shifts run 16:00-24:00 with flexible scheduling - short 3-hour slots, weekend-only, last-order-only, and dual-store arrangements across the group's five Fukuoka locations are all possible. A deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, raising the rate to approximately 1,500 yen per hour. Additional incentives include a sales bonus, drink-back commission, and leader allowance (+100 yen/hr) for those who progress. Cash in hand payment (tewatashi) is available. Foreigners and international students active at this location; Japanese communication ability required.
Wage:
