Job Description:

Clean tenant offices at SORA Shin-Osaka 21, a commercial building in Osaka's Yodogawa district, as part of a small team of 11 staff - a friendly, cooperative workplace where the majority of colleagues are in their 60s and 70s. Duties include vacuuming and desk cleaning in tenant spaces, rubbish collection, and toilet cleaning across multiple floors, with each staff member responsible for designated floors. Shift is a fixed early morning block of 06:30-09:30 (3 hours, no overtime), Monday to Friday, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off. A 2-month training period is provided at the same hourly rate, so no cleaning experience is required. Minimum engagement of 6 months; an annual service bonus of 10,000 yen is awarded for each year of continued employment.

Wage:

1,240円 (per hour) Monthly income example: 74,400 yen (3 hours x 5 days x 4 weeks). Annual service bonus: 10,000 yen per year of continuous employment. Friend referral bonus: 10,000 yen when referred person works 3 months.
