Job Description:
This is a fruit juice shop (フルーツバー furootsu baa) staff role at V2&M by Fruits Bar AOKI inside Aeon Mall Kakamigahara in Gifu Prefecture, handling customer service, juice preparation, and store maintenance. Tasks include cashier and counter service, guiding customers through the menu, blending fresh fruit juices using a dedicated mixer, prepping fruit in-store, and cleaning. Juice preparation follows set recipes with measured portions, so no prior barista or food preparation experience is needed - the process is fully standardised. Shift options span morning through to closing (21:30), with short evening shifts from 17:00 available for those finishing school or working a second job (Wワーク daburu waaku). Weekend shifts on either Saturday or Sunday are required, and weekday availability until 21:30 is also required. Continuation beyond April of the following year is preferred. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided with full manuals; the training period is 200 hours at 1,105円 per hour, with the rate rising to 1,115円 upon completion. Salary increases through an annual performance review system.
