Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson Sapporo Heiwa-dori 3-chome in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo, located under 1 minute walk from JR Shiroishi Station. Tasks include cashier and customer service, product stocking and shelf display, simple food preparation (Machi Café, Machikado Chubou items), and store cleaning - the full range of standard convenience store duties. Multiple shift slots are available spanning early morning through overnight; weekdays only, weekends only, or a combination are all accepted, and the minimum commitment is 1 day and 3 hours per week. Training (研修 kenshuu) and ongoing support are provided, making this accessible to those with no prior convenience store experience. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. International students are explicitly welcome. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) carry a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,344 yen per hour and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only.

Wage:

1,075円 (per hour) Early morning slot 06:00-09:00: 1,200円/hr (flat early-morning premium). Deep-night rate 22:00-05:00: 1,344円/hr (statutory deep-night allowance, 1,075 × 1.25 = 1,343.75 → 1,344円 confirmed). Applicable from 22:00 within the 17:00-23:55 slot and throughout the 23:55-09:00 overnight slot until 05:00.
