Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Chokicho-ten, a udon chain restaurant in Kita-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, accessible from Shiga-Hondori Station (12 min walk) or Kamiiida Station (13 min walk). Hall tasks include welcoming customers, taking orders, cashier work, and clearing tables; kitchen tasks include cooking and portioning udon to order, preparing tempura and onigiri following recipes, and dishwashing using an industrial machine. Tasks are clearly divided so each role is efficient and easy to learn from scratch; full step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) is provided and prior restaurant experience is not required. Operating hours run from 08:30-23:00 on weekdays and 08:00-23:00 on weekends and holidays, with a flexible shift system on a weekly request basis - weekday only, weekend only, and short shifts from 3 hours are all available. From 22:00, a statutory deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% is added to the base rate (1,200×1.25=1,500円/hr). Minimum contract 3 months. Hair colour and style permitted within guidelines confirmed at interview.
