Job Description:

This is an office building cleaning role at Kanayama Kyodo Building in Naka-ku, Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, just 2 minutes walk from Kanayama Station - accessible by JR, Meitetsu, and Nagoya Subway all in one location. Tasks include mopping corridors and staircases, cleaning shared toilets, collecting rubbish from each floor, and wiping down elevators - all using familiar household cleaning tools such as sponges, toilet brushes, and buckets. No heavy machinery involved. Shifts run fixed morning hours from 09:00 to 12:30 (3.5 hours actual work, no break, no overtime), finishing in time to do afternoon errands or prepare dinner. Work is available from 3 days per week with Sundays and public holidays always off; a complete 2-day weekend is guaranteed. This role is particularly popular with seniors in their 60s and those looking for light, predictable work. Hair colour, nails (within guidelines), and piercings are accepted.
