Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Sumigane Honten, a popular yakiniku (焼肉 yakiniku) restaurant in Omiya-ku, Saitama City, 4 minutes walk from Saitama-Shintoshin Station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, open since 1995 near Saitama University. Hall tasks include seating guests, clearing tables, serving food and drinks, and cashier work; a signature feature is a janken (rock-paper-scissors) game with customers when drinks are ordered, creating a lively and fun atmosphere. Kitchen tasks include seasoning and preparing meat for customers to grill themselves, and dishwashing - full cooking from scratch is minimal as customers do the grilling. Shifts run 17:00-23:30; starting from just 3 hours and 2 days per week is accepted. Those able to work Fridays and Saturdays are especially welcomed. A fixed-schedule (準社員) track with a monthly guaranteed wage is also available for those wanting stable earnings. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) wage payment. Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 (1,230×1.25=1,538円/hr for general staff). Weekend premium: +50円 on Fridays and Saturdays; busy period premium: +100円. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are free and highly regarded - the kitchen includes a chef formerly of a high-end restaurant. Staff and family dining discounts of 10% apply. Wage:
