Job Description:

This is a backroom runner (ランナー rannaa) role at a French luxury fashion brand boutique inside Isetan Shinjuku, one of Japan's most prestigious department stores, located 1 minute walk from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. Tasks include processing incoming deliveries, sorting inventory, entering stock and POS system data, moving merchandise between store sections, handling outbound shipments, organising and managing stockrooms, and email correspondence - all behind-the-scenes work with no customer-facing duties. This is an opportunity to work within a world-renowned luxury brand environment without needing prior high-end retail experience; full training is provided. Shifts run 3 days per week on a rotating schedule within a window of 09:30-18:30 or 10:30-20:30 (7.5 hours actual work, 90-minute break); weekends and public holidays included, with approximately 4 days off per week. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) available through Dimple. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) fully covered. Daimaru Matsuzakaya group shopping discount 10% off. High school graduate or above.
