Job Description:

This is a condominium building caretaker and cleaning role in Ikebukuro 4-chome, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, 10 minutes walk from Ikebukuro Station, covering very short morning shifts of 2-3 hours per day Monday through Friday. Tasks follow a compact daily routine: building inspection and rubbish disposal, cleaning shared areas (entrance, corridors, staircases, windows, and rubbish collection point), responding to resident and visitor enquiries, and preparing for the next day's rubbish disposal with a brief daily report. Shifts alternate by week: weeks 1 and 3 run 5 days (Mon/Thu: 07:00-10:00; Tue/Wed/Fri: 07:00-09:00); weeks 2, 4, and 5 run 4 days (Mon-Thu: 07:00-10:00). Total weekly hours are approximately 12. Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekdays are off.
