Job Description:

This is a picking and packing role in a warehouse handling solar panels and related components in Ota, Gunma. Tasks are straightforward and repetitive — picking items, wrapping, applying stickers, loading and unloading — with no customer interaction or specialist knowledge required. Shifts are daytime only, 08:30 to 17:30 with one hour break, no overtime, and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off. Some heavier materials are handled occasionally, but the work is otherwise light and physical in a quiet, focused environment. Being able to read Japanese work instructions and labels is sufficient for the role. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) and advance payment (前払い maemae) are both available. Those with a forklift licence are welcome to put their skills to use.

Wage:

1,300円～1,600円 (per hour) Monthly income estimate: 220,000 yen to 270,000 yen. Weekly payment and advance payment available.
