Family Restaurant Hall & Kitchen Staff Part Time Job at Hondori Station 本通駅 in Hiroshima 1,085円
Please confirm workplace location, payment method, shifts, and interview conditions directly with the employer before applying.
Job Description:
This is a floor and kitchen staff role at Gusto, a family restaurant operated by the Skylark Group, located in the Hondori shopping area of central Hiroshima. Floor duties include seating guests, topping up the drinks bar, clearing tables and checking dishes before service — ordering is handled via tablet at each table, payment through self-checkout, and food delivery largely by robot, so the physical demands are lighter than a typical restaurant. Kitchen duties include dishwashing and cooking assistance, with the option to learn full cooking as you become more comfortable. Training is done through a dedicated app with photos, video and game-style prompts, so all new starters learn the same way regardless of who shows them around. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,357 yen per hour. Late-night shifts (22:00 onward) are for applicants aged 18 and over only, and high school students may not work these hours (Japanese labour law). Advance payment (前払い maemae) is available from the day after you work — up to 70% of earned wages, applied via smartphone. About 59 nationalities are active across the Skylark Group, and international workers are welcome.
