Job Description:

This is a hall, kitchen and dishwashing staff role at Suganoya, a celebrated horse meat (馬肉 baniku) restaurant with two central Kumamoto locations — Shinshigai and Ginza-dori — both within walking distance of tram stops in the city centre. The restaurant has been selected by Michelin and is known for fresh horse sashimi sourced directly from its own processing facility. Hall staff handle guest seating, order taking and register duties; kitchen staff assist with food preparation (no difficult cooking required); dishwashers focus on washing and cleaning equipment. The Ginza-dori location has a breakfast shift (05:00-10:30) at the higher rate of 1,300 yen per hour; all other shifts at both locations start at 1,150 yen per hour. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) from a Michelin-selected kitchen are provided. No resume required.
