Job Description:
This is a care support and room cleaning role at a day-care facility for elderly users (通所介護施設 tsusho-kaigo-shisetsu) in Nagareyama, Chiba. Duties include linen changing and room cleaning, meal assistance, walking accompaniment, and verbal prompting and support for toilet and bathing routines. You can start simply by learning residents' names — those with limited experience or a career gap are warmly welcomed. Three shift time slots are available (07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00, each with one hour break), and from as few as two days per week. Wage varies by qualification: 介護福祉士 (certified care worker) 1,850-2,050 yen/hour; 初任者研修 (care introductory training) 1,750-1,950 yen/hour; no qualification but 6+ months experience 1,450 yen/hour and above. Car, motorcycle and bicycle commuting are available subject to regulations.
