Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Nagata Honjo-ken, a Kobe soul food specialist restaurant in Aeon Mall Himeji Otsu, serving boccake yakisoba — a local dish of beef tendon and konjac stewed in sweet-spicy sauce, tossed with stir-fried noodles on an iron griddle in full view of customers. The restaurant is part of the Toridoll Group (which also operates Marugame Seimen) and uses in-house fresh noodles made on site. Duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, assisting with cooking and toppings at the iron griddle, touchscreen register operation, dishwashing and cleaning. All menu items have complete recipes provided, making it beginner-friendly; most staff started with no hospitality experience. Native-level Japanese is required for this position. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per sitting. A family canteen card provides up to 5,000 yen per month free meals for children aged 15 and under. Weekend and public holiday shifts carry a time-up on the hourly rate.

Wage:

1,116円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday time-up (土日祝給与UP). Salary increase system based on performance. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
