Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Shonan Mall Fill, an udon restaurant on the second floor of a shopping mall in Fujisawa, Kanagawa, accessible by bus from both Tsujido and Fujisawa stations. Duties are divided into clearly defined positions: clearing and cleaning the hall, dishwashing, register operation, and cooking udon, tempura and rice dishes — you start from a position that suits your strengths. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and clear manuals are in place, making this suitable for first-time workers including high school students and those returning after a break. Native-level Japanese is required for this position. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per sitting, with up to 800 yen worth of food. A family canteen card allows children aged 15 and under to eat up to 10,000 yen per month free of charge. The shopping mall location means you can conveniently shop before or after your shift. Bicycle commuting is welcome, with bicycle parking available on site (fee self-funded).
