Job Description:

This is a kitchen cooking role at a new meat and fish restaurant concept launching inside Seibu Ikebukuro, directly connected to Ikebukuro Station East Exit in Tokyo. The new venture is backed by La Maison du Chocolat, the renowned French luxury chocolatier, expanding into a new dining format — an opportunity to build kitchen skills at a high-profile opening. Duties include preparing and cooking meat and fish dishes, and general kitchen cleaning. Shifts run 8 hours with a 60-minute break within either a morning-to-afternoon (09:00-18:00) or midday-to-evening (12:00-21:00) slot, three to five days per week including weekends. Prior food service or kitchen experience is welcome but not required. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available.
