Job Description:

This is a mansion concierge and cleaning role in Roppongi, Tokyo, two minutes walk from Roppongi Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. Work includes morning building rounds, rubbish collection, cleaning shared areas (entrance, corridors, stairs, windows, bin areas, post boxes, lifts and car park), responding to resident and visitor enquiries, and preparing a simple daily report. The role combines focused, quiet cleaning work with occasional light customer interaction — well suited to those who prefer a calm, methodical working style. Shifts start at 07:30, running to either 11:30 (4 hours, no break) or 15:30 (7 hours, 60 minutes break), five days per week with Sundays off. After a minimum of 4 months on dispatch, conversion to direct employment as a contract employee is available (mandatory retirement age 72, rate 1,300 yen/hour direct). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available. No resume required to apply.
