Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Umeda, an udon restaurant five minutes walk from JR Osaka Station and Umeda Station in central Osaka. Duties are divided into clearly defined positions: clearing and cleaning the hall, dishwashing, register operation, and cooking udon, tempura, onigiri and rice dishes — you start from a position that suits your strengths. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and clear manuals are in place, making this suitable for first-time workers and those returning after a break. Japanese language ability at JLPT N1 level or equivalent is required for customer-facing duties at this location. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 for evening shifts. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per sitting, with up to 800 yen worth of food. A family canteen card allows children aged 15 and under to eat up to 10,000 yen per month free of charge.

Wage:

1,350円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% premium from 22:00. Salary increase system based on performance. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
