Job Description:

This is a kitchen cooking role at a character cafe inside LaLaport Toyosu, three minutes walk from Toyosu Station in Tokyo. The cafe features beloved puppet characters and serves handmade character-shaped breads made from scratch, along with sandwiches, pizza, parfaits and original drinks. Kitchen duties include mixing and proving bread dough from flour, baking character breads, preparing sandwiches and pizza, plating parfaits and drinks, dishwashing and kitchen cleaning — no customer service involved as dedicated hall staff handle all front-of-house. Prior baking or cafe kitchen experience is preferred; those with bakery or donut-making skills are especially welcome. Shifts run 7.5 hours with a 90-minute break within the 08:00-21:00 window, five days per week including weekends. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available.
