Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Shin-Hakushima Station-mae, located directly in front of Shin-Hakushima Station where JR Sanyo Main Line and the Astram Line intersect. Work covers all standard convenience store operations: cashier (レジ reji), product ordering, shelf stocking, floor display setup, and cleaning. The store has a friendly, family-like atmosphere with a diverse team including students, homemakers, freelancers, international students, and seniors. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one, and shifts of four hours or more are available across morning, daytime, evening, and night time slots. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and salary increases are available based on performance. Weekend-only and weekday-only schedules are both welcomed — working days and hours are negotiable.
