Job Description:

This is a guest room cleaning and bed-making role at Hotel Route-Inn Sendai Higashi in the Wakabayashi area of Sendai city. Work involves vacuuming, wiping surfaces, changing bed linen, cleaning unit bathrooms, and restocking in-room supplies — similar to household cleaning but with professional techniques you can apply at home too. Shifts run 09:30 to 15:00 with no fixed days, and working days of three or more per week can be discussed flexibly, including weekends. Sunday shifts earn an extra 50円/hour on top of the base rate. Route-Inn Group is one of Japan's largest hotel chains with around 400 properties and expanding, offering stable long-term employment with a regular annual raise system (年10円 up to 5 times). Japanese language ability at JLPT N3 or above is required; English or Chinese speakers are welcome to use their language skills here.
