Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Lawson Mito Bunka Center Iriguchi, a 10-minute walk from JR Mito Station near the Kenmin Bunka Center. Work covers all standard Lawson duties: cashier and customer service (レジ reji), stocking shelves, food preparation, and cleaning. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided for beginners and those new to convenience store work, so no prior experience is needed. Five shift time slots cover morning through late night, and both weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are available — minimum three hours per shift, three days per week. The late-night shift (21:30-03:30) earns a deep-night statutory premium rate of 1,343円 for hours after 22:00, and Saturday and holiday shifts earn an extra 30円/hour. Car, bicycle, and motorbike commuting are all welcome with employee parking available.
