Job Description:

This is a live-in resort job placement service offered by Dive, matching staff to hotels, ryokan, ski resorts, theme parks, and other resort facilities across Japan, including Okinawa. Roles available include restaurant hall service, front desk, event staff, information desk, cooking assistance, and cleaning — work content is the same as standard hospitality jobs, just in resort locations. Accommodation (individual room), meals, utilities, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge at most placements, meaning living expenses are effectively zero and savings accumulate quickly. Round-trip transport to the placement location is covered, and the minimum placement period is two months (three months for Okinawa). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) of earned wages is available via the company's advance pay system, and a 30,000円 bonus applies for those with prior hotel or ryokan experience joining Dive for the first time. After 90 days, free unlimited access to the NativeCamp online English conversation platform is included.

Wage:
