Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Sushi Choshi-maru Kita-Urawa, a popular conveyor-belt sushi (回転寿司 kaiten-zushi) restaurant in Saitama city's Chuo-ku area. Hall duties include greeting guests, guiding to seats, taking and serving orders, and checkout; kitchen duties include preparing simple sushi items (gunkan, rolls), side dishes, and dishwashing — shari (rice) and nigiri are handled by professional chefs. The workplace is lively and energetic, and senior staff provide close support until you settle in, with a full manual also available. Shifts of four hours or more are available across a 09:00-21:30 window, with a minimum of two days per week — flexible enough for school, family schedules, or a second job. Weekend shifts earn an extra 50円/hour, and staff enjoy a 50% discount on all in-store sushi and menu items on working days, plus free rice and the restaurant's signature ashi-jiru soup. Hair colour is unrestricted, and no resume is needed for the interview.
