Job Description:

This is a guest room cleaning and bed-making role at InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8, a luxury waterfront hotel in Yokohama's Minatomirai area. Work involves bed-making and linen exchange, cleaning bathrooms and wash areas, setting amenities, and vacuuming — all back-of-house with no customer contact, allowing you to work at your own steady pace. Shifts finish at 15:00 with no overtime, giving you afternoons free for errands, shopping, or family duties — staff often stop by Minatomirai or Yokohama after their shift. Bed-making and cleaning skills from home transfer directly to this role, and a training period of up to one month is provided at the same wage rate. Weekend-only and weekday-only schedules are both available, and the workplace is popular with staff in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who enjoy staying active while working.
