Job Description:
This is a production line supply role at a major manufacturing company in Noda city, Chiba, handling cap, bottle, and carton material supply and operating a depalletiser (供給装置 kyoukyuu souchi) that feeds materials into the production line. Three rotating shifts cover early morning, daytime, and late night — this is a shift rotation role suited to those who can work across different time bands. As you gain experience, you will be supported to obtain a forklift licence (フォークリフト資格 fooklift shikaku), which unlocks material receiving and container dispatch duties and a wage increase to 1,550円/hour. The facility is five minutes walk from Noda-shi Station, has a staff canteen on site, and weekends and public holidays are fully off. Native Japanese speaking ability is required for this role.
Wage:
1,400円 (per hour)
After obtaining forklift licence: 1,550円/hour. Overtime pay applies (varies by workload). Late-night shift (15:30-00:20) includes statutory deep-night premium for hours after 22:00.
