Job Description:

This is a patissier (パティシエ patishie) role at a prestigious salon de cafe in Ginza, five minutes walk from Shimbashi Station and seven minutes from Ginza Station, attracting customers from across Japan and the world. Work involves food preparation and portioning, plating, making parfaits, sundaes, cakes, and drinks following legendary recipes including the famous Chocolate Parfait and Jamaica Sundae, and washing up and kitchen tidying. Presentation standards are exacting — the angle of plating and the view through the glass are considered as carefully as flavour — making this a genuinely skill-building environment. The team includes confectionery school graduates and junior patissiers developing their craft, creating a mutually stimulating atmosphere. Shifts run five days per week including weekends, approximately 08:00-17:00, with monthly shift preferences accepted. Wage:
