Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Again (アゲイン), a Michelin one-star kushikatsu (串カツ) specialist restaurant in Kitashinchi, Osaka, two minutes walk from Kitashinchi Station — one of Osaka's most prestigious dining districts. The restaurant operates on a fully reservation-only basis, so there are no walk-in rushes and the pace is calm and predictable throughout each shift. Work covers guiding guests, taking orders (primarily course menus with simple ordering), food service, simple plating, cleaning, and dishwashing; daytime slots (10:00-17:00) involve light prep and cleaning. Shifts of two hours or more are available from as little as one day per week — test periods and zero-shift weeks are accommodated for students, making this exceptionally flexible. Wage is paid by hand cash (手渡し tewatashi), and hours after 22:00 earn a statutory 25% premium. Foreign nationals and international students are actively working here.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Hours after 22:00: +25% statutory premium. Salary increases available. Training period (1-3 months): 1,231円/hour. Friend referral bonus: 30,000円 after 100 days worked (paid to referrer).
