Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Umeda, a popular udon chain restaurant five minutes walk from JR Osaka Station and various Umeda stations, operated by Toridoll Holdings. Work is divided into clearly defined positions — hall cleanup, dishwashing, cashier, and udon, tempura, and rice dish cooking — so you can start from the area best suited to your skills and build from there. Detailed manuals and step-by-step training are provided, making this suitable for first-time workers and those returning after a career break. Shifts cover 08:00-24:00 with flexible scheduling: weekday-only, weekend-only, short-hour morning shifts, and evening slots are all accommodated, with one-minute wage calculation ensuring precise pay for your actual hours. A family canteen (家族食堂 kazoku-shokudo) scheme provides up to 10,000円/month per child for staff with children aged 15 and under, and staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120円 (up to 800円 value). Hair colour is unrestricted, and no resume is required for the interview.
