Job Description:

This is an opening staff role at a new concept sweets and candy shop inside GranSta Tokyo, the underground shopping area within JR Tokyo Station's Marunouchi ticket gate — one of Japan's busiest and most prestigious station retail locations, relaunching in September 2026. The brand is operated by a well-known confectionery maker and handles candies, gummies, and everyday treats; the new concept shop format means all staff start together from day one. Work covers customer greeting and product guidance, recommending and offering samples, cashier duties, stocking and display management, gift wrapping and delivery reception, and simple sample preparation. Sales training is provided before opening, so no prior retail or customer service experience is needed. Daily payment (前払い maebarai) and weekly payment are both available under company rules, and an Amazon gift card of 10,000円 is offered as a joining incentive. No resume is required — registration and interview are completed entirely via smartphone.

Wage:
