Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Kushiyaki Ikkon Itabashi, a local yakitori skewer restaurant one minute walk from Itabashi Station on the JR Saikyo Line — a media-featured neighbourhood favourite run since 2017. Two positions are available: grilling staff (17:00-23:00, yakitori grill work — prior grill or kitchen experience required) and hall staff (lunch 11:00-14:00 or dinner 17:00-23:00 — prior izakaya hall experience required). Hall duties cover guest seating, ordering, food service, simple plating, table and counter cleaning, and kitchen tidying. Hours after 22:00 earn the statutory deep-night rate of 1,537円/hour, and wages are paid by hand cash (手渡し tewatashi) once per month. Shifts are submitted twice monthly by self-declaration via LINE or paper — highly flexible — and last-minute schedule changes can be discussed. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free every day, with a rotating daily menu.

Wage:

1,230円 (per hour) Deep-night rate (22:00-05:00): 1,537円/hour (statutory 25% premium). Salary increases available. Rate increases to 1,280円+ from October. Training period: 1,226円/hour.
