This is a full-shift hall staff role at Nagasaki Shippoku Hamakatsu, a specialty restaurant serving traditional Nagasaki shippoku cuisine (卓袱料理 shippoku-ryori) - a fusion of Japanese, Chinese, and Dutch-Portuguese flavours unique to Nagasaki. Duties include greeting guests, guiding them to seats, serving kaiseki-style dishes and kue hot pot, taking reservations, and handling payment. The restaurant is located in central Nagasaki and draws many tourists, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Shifts run across a full-day window and suit those looking for steady hours throughout the week. Advance payment (前払い maekashi) is available via a dedicated app from one month after joining; up to 70% of earned wages can be withdrawn from the next day. Transportation allowance is fully covered (交通費 koutsuuhi zenngaku shikyu).

Wage:
