Job Description:

This is a night-shift convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Hakodate Minatomachi, covering the 22:00-08:00 overnight window. Duties include register service, product stocking and ordering, shelf arrangement, and in-store cleaning through the night into the morning. The store is located near Hokkaido University's Faculty of Fisheries and sees a mix of local and international customers. Staff can commute by car, motorbike, or bicycle; the store is 15 minutes walk from Nana-e-hama Station. Night-shift workers between store locations are also welcome (週2-5日 negotiable). Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,075円 (per hour) Deep-night rate from 22:00: 1,344円 (shinya-teate, approx. base x 1.25). Salary increase system available.
