Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making role at Richmond Hotel Sendai, a business and leisure hotel in Aoba-ku, Sendai, operated by Royal Group. Duties include towel collection, unit bath cleaning, bed-making, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and rubbish removal across guest rooms. Around 90% of current staff started with no experience; thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and on-the-job support are provided so you can progress at your own pace. Shifts are available across three patterns: early (07:00-16:00), mid (10:00-19:00), and late (13:00-22:00), each with 1 hour break. Applicants must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday; those who can also cover year-end and large public holiday periods are especially welcome. An advance payment scheme (前払い maekashi) allows up to 50% of earned wages to be withdrawn at any time with no limit on the number of applications (transfer fee applies).

Wage:

1,050円 (per hour) Social insurance enrollees receive an additional 50 yen/hour. Wage increase to 1,100円 planned from September 2026. Salary increase available. Overtime and deep-night allowances paid separately.
