Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Bamiyan Hiroshima Hondori, a Chinese family restaurant that opened in August 2026, recruiting opening staff in central Hiroshima. Hall duties include guiding guests to seats, taking orders via digital menu tablet (customers use a touchscreen), delivering dishes, and handling payment using an auto-calculation register. Kitchen duties start with dishwashing and progress to cooking assistance and eventually full cooking as skills develop. Shifts are available from just 2 hours a day, 1 day a week, across a wide operating window (07:00-00:00), including short evening and late-night slots. A late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, bringing the rate to 1,563円 per hour (or 1,250円+ during the promotion period until 30 September 2026). Staff meals are available at 356 yen per meal (up to 2 times per shift); a 25% dining discount applies at all Skylark Group restaurants.
